Refund & Cancellation Policy


Our services consist of digital, individually created analytical reports and evaluations. In most cases, work on your analysis begins shortly after your order has been placed.

Because our reports are custom-made digital products, a refund after the report has been completed and delivered is generally not possible.

We may consider a full or partial refund in the following situations:
– Duplicate payment for the same order
– Technical issues on our side that prevent us from delivering the report
– You request a cancellation shortly after placing the order and we have not yet started working on your analysis

Each case will be reviewed individually. Any approved refund will be processed via the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
